RESIKOT TOTAL - (All in one coat)
Description
RESIKOT is an acrylic polymer coating designed to give following five prime properties
  • Elastomeric
  • Waterproofing
  • Temperature Shielding
  • Crack filling
  • Aesthetic Coating
  • UV resistant
  • Breathable
    • It has very good bonding properties with horizontal as well as vertical surfaces of
    cement and concrete.
    Usage Waterproof elastic single component coating for all types of roofs and walls
    Application Techniques
    Clean the surface thoroughly with water, if necessary clean with wire brush to
    remove loose particles. RESIKOT is applied in three coats to give longer life to the
    coating.
    First Coat:
    Take1 kg RESIKOT and add 1000 gm of water and apply with brush or any
    coating tool on clean surface. Wait for an hour to dry completely.
    Mixing ratio – (1:1.3)
    Second Coat:
    Apply Resikot without thinning
    Mixing ratio – (1:0.5)
    Third Coat:
    Apply Resikot without thinning. Allow the coated surface to dry for approx 24
    hours.

    For terrace applications use fibre mesh, 65GSM sandwiched between second and third coat.

    Drying time (pure material) 30 - 40 minutes
    Packing 1 kg, 5 kg, 20 kg.
    Coverage
    20 – 25 sq ft/kg for 3 coats.
    Coverage may vary from surface to surface depending upon the texture and
    porosity of the surface.
    Safety Precaution Hazard: RESIKOT is nontoxic however, it is recommended that necessary
    precautions required to handle any chemical should be taken. Direct contact with
    eyes should be avoided. In case of splashes into eyes it should be immediately
    washed out with water. If needed consult a physician.
