RESIKON-LWP
Description
RESIKON LWP is a liquid integral waterproofing compound for cement mortar/concrete. It reduces the permeability, segregation, bleeding, makes concrete / mortar cohesive and improves waterproofness.
Usage Produces concrete with reduced permeability - Reduce Segregation, bleeding and makes the mortar more cohesive and waterproof.
Application Techniques RESIKON LWP is used in the following applications:
  • Plastering
  • Roof slabs
  • Bathroom floors
  • Basements
  • water retaining structures
  • Places where integral waterproofing is required

    • Dosage : RESIKON LWP should be used in the range of 100-300 ml per 50-kg cement. Actual dosage should be ascertained at site by conducting trials with the materials to be used. Around 10% of water should be reduced when RESIKON LWP is used at higher dosage.
    Add RESIKON LWP to the gauging water and then mix with cement – aggregate mixture. Do not add RESIKON LWP directly to the cement.

    Safety Precaution Health hazard: RESIKON LWP is harmful if swallowed. Avoid contact with skin as it may cause staining. Use protective clothing, hand gloves safety goggles etc. while handling this material. In case of skin contact or splash in eye, wash with copious amount of water and consult a physician.
